Technical Lead, Customer Engineering - Memphis, TN
Responsible for designing & implementing improved processes for Freight Auditing & Spend Management Solutions to enable self-service issue resolution. Perform critical code reviews & suggest applicable changes to fulfill customer needs. Oversee/Manage the Engineer Support Queue. Liaise w/ engineer teams to get issues resolved. Thorough training of team members including maintaining knowledgebase wiki/documentation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Math, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or a related field. Five years of experience in job offered or in related occupations of Global IT Operations Manager, Oracle Consultant, Oracle Tech Analyst, DB Solutions Engineer, Oracle Programmer, Programmer Analyst, Systems Analyst or related occupations. Experience must include performing code review, testing bug fixes, creating & modifying PL/SQL scripts, & providing production support in the logistic branch/field. Experience must also include working w/ Oracle PL/SQL, Perl, & Shell Scripting.
